We are committed to providing our customers with a quality product that they will be proud to wear or share with a colleague, friend or loved one. For standard cut sizes, if, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with one of our products you may, within 90 days of purchase, return unworn items in their original state for an exchange, subject to item availability, or full refund.

If an item exchange is due to an error on the part of uprightsuspenders.com or an issue of quality, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. If an item exchange is due to some other consideration, such as deciding you would prefer a different item, credit will be issued for merchandise cost only and return postage fees are to be paid by the customer. In such instances, we ask that you please send back your return using a service that provides a tracking number.

Gift recipients can return items in their original packaging for exchange. For items made to custom cut sizes or constructions, if the issue is due to an error on the part of uprightsuspenders.com or an issue of quality, returns or exchanges will be accepted, otherwise all sales are final.

You will receive an email notification on receipt of your return, provided that your email address is included in your return. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit. Items returned for exchange will be credited, on receipt, to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for the replacement item(s).
